直流測速發電機維修原理

一、直流測速發電機的工作原理:
在空載時,直流測速發電機的輸出電壓就是電樞感應電動勢。顯然輸出電壓與轉速成正比。另外,直流測速發電機輸出的是一個脈動電壓,其交變分量對速度反饋控製係統、高精度的解算裝置有較明顯的影響。

二、直流測速發電機的誤差分析:
直流測速發電機的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)與(yu)轉(zhuan)速(su)要(yao)嚴(yan)格(ge)保(bao)持(chi)正(zheng)比(bi)關(guan)係(xi)在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)中(zhong)是(shi)難(nan)以(yi)做(zuo)到(dao)的(de),其(qi)實(shi)際(ji)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)特(te)性(xing)為(wei)圖(tu)中(zhong)實(shi)線(xian),造(zao)成(cheng)這(zhe)種(zhong)非(fei)線(xian)性(xing)誤(wu)差(cha)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)以(yi)下(xia)三(san)個(ge)方(fang)麵(mian):
(1)電樞反應 直流測速發電機負載時電樞電流會產生電樞反應,電樞反應的去磁作用使氣隙磁通Φ0jianxiao,shishuchudianyajianxiao。congshuchutexingkan,xielvjiangjianxiao,erqiedianshudianliuyueda,dianshufanyingdequcizuoyongyuexianzhu,shuchutexingxielvjianxiaoyuemingxian,shuchutexingzhixianbianweiquxian。
